Short Biography

Picture 2 of Boris

I feel very exited to teach a retreat at the Ötégtáj Treehouse Village Hungary and to meet and get to know Yoga searching people!

I would like to start the program with putting the awareness to the subjects we will try to explore further during the week. Apart from doing a correct, stable and healthy posture isolated, I would like to invite you to explore the correct movement leading to it. So the practice may not include the whole first series. I welcome you to take time to explore some important details and also ask questions.

On the rest of the week we start slowly with some chantings and supportive Pranayama. After this we try to clear Question and continue with a practice in Mysore Style. After the practice we have free time to have organic lunch and free time to explore the nature and take some rest. In the afternoon we have a Playground based on AcroYoga and other Yogatechnics. After the dinner we conclude the day with Satsang - Chanting Mantras and exploring the Yoga Philosophy!

My Biography
Picture 2 of Boris

„I was born in 1972. I started with Yoga as a Child in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a teenager I studied with my Bulgarian Yogateacher Venzislav Eftimoff. I learned to love Yoga with him and also a lot about the spirit and hearth of Yoga - the most important part of the Yogapractise. Later in Vienna I discover Sivananda Yoga. There I learn a lot about philosophy and integral Yoga - finding the balance between the different Yogapaths is important for the modern life style. In the Sivananda Ashram in South India I met Lino Miele who inspired me for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Since 1995 I slowly slowly moved my asana practice to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. With Michel Besnard und Andrea Morava I get deeper to the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice. In year 2000 after Michael and Andrea went to Australia and asked me to continue to teach the classes left Vienna I founded the Yogacenter Ganesha in Vienna and teach since than Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga mainly. Since this time I continued my studies with Pattabhi Jois and Sharath(India), V.Shashadri (India), Lino Miele (Italy), Nancy Gilgoff (Maui), Andrew Eppler (Oklahoma), Cliff Barber (Crete), Danny Paradise (Molokai), David Williams(USA), Michael Stone (Canada) and others.
